Staci LeAnn Pierce and Taylor Marian Vaden were married at 3pm on April 23, 2016 at Mizpah Moravian Church in Rural Hall/Tobaccoville. Pastor Bob Lindsay of Living Word Ministries officiated.
The bride is the daughter of the late Willis Patrick Pierce, and Mike & Shirley Pierce Wright of Jacksonville, NC. Her grandparents are the late Emma and Ancil (Mack) McElmurray, Kathleen McElmurray, Louis Knox and the late Joe Pierce.
The bride graduated from Mount Calvary Christian Academy in 2006. She is currently a
Financial Services Representative at State Employees’ Credit Union
The groom is the son of Shannon & Jeff Booth of King, NC and Marty & Susan Vaden of Lewisville, NC. The grandparents of the groom are the late James Everette Ayers and Betty Jean Dodson, Louise & Weldon Bondurant, Charles and Judy Vaden, Billy & Linda Booth and Dottie Via
The groom graduated from West Stokes High School in 2006. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from UNC-Greensboro in 2011. He is currently an Account Executive at WXII 12 Digital Media
The bride was escorted by her stepfather, Mike Wright.
The maid of honor was Rachael Seckman of King, NC. The bridesmaids were Christine Brand of Ontario, Canada; Kelli Richards of Gainesville, FL; Ashley Douglas of Hartsville, SC; and Jessica Hill of Rural Hall, NC. The flower girl was Hazel Barker.
Chase Vaden, the groom’s brother, of Lewisville, NC severed as best man. The groomsmen were Chris Kiger of King, NC; Zach Via of Walnut Cove, NC; Ben Daniels of Rural Hall, NC; Paul Lindsay of King, NC; and Wesley Hill of Rural Hall, NC. The ring bearer was Emory Daniels.
Ceremony music included an original song written by Taylor Vaden entitled “This”.
A reception was held at Tobaccoville Community Center with music provided by BadBenny Productions; decorations/flowers by Dahlias Floral Design & Vintage Decor and catered by Artist’s Way; and the Day of Event Coordinator was Nate Todd.
After a honeymoon in Charleston and Myrtle Beach, SC, the couple will reside in Winston-Salem, NC
