Williamson, Immordino wed


Maegan Alyssa Williamson of Pinnacle and Dominic Roy Immordino of Hopewell, N.J., were married at 5 p.m. June 4 in a formal outdoor ceremony in the May Dell at Salem College.

The Revs. Ian Graham and Joseph Immordino officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Jerry and Lisa Williamson of Pinnacle. Her grandparents are Frank Smith of King and the late Annie Mae Smith, and Vera Williamson of Pfafftown and the late E.D. Williamson.

She received a BS in Psychology with a concentration in Life Coaching and minor in Women’s Ministries from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. She is an On Campus Student Recruiter for Liberty University.

The groom is the son of Joseph and Christina Immordino of Hopewell, NJ. His grandparents are the late Roy and Josephine Oberto and the late Joseph and Goldie Immordino.

He received a BS in Religion with a concentration in Biblical and Theological Studies from Liberty University. He is a

Teacher for Parkway Christian Academy in Roanoke, Va.

The bride was escorted by her father. She wore an elegant Mikado silk princess-style dress with V-shape back and was fitted to the waist with a bateau neckline and A-line skirt. The veil belonged to her mother, and it was placed on a comb with fresh flowers. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of white and pink roses, peonies, hydrangea, and various other flowers in white, pink and purple with greenery.

The attendants wore long blush pink dresses and carried hand-tied bouquets of pink and white roses, peonies, hydrangea and greenery. They wore a ring of greenery in their hair. The maid of honor was Karli Taylor of King. Bridesmaids were the bride’s cousin, Amanda Smith of Albemarle; the groom’s sister, Gabriella Grief of Hopewell; Sarah Beth Moore of Walnut Cove; Cheyanna Bruneau of Spokane, Wash.; and Whitney Hughes of San Diego, Calif. The flower girl was the groom’s cousin, Madison Oberto of Langhorne, Pa.

The best man was the groom’s brother, Joey Immordino.

Groomsmen were the groom’s brother, Christopher Immordino and the groom’s brother-in-law, Max Grief, both of Hopewell; and the groom’s cousins, Daniel and Vincent Cendan, both of Miami, Fl. The ringbearer was the bride’s cousin, Logan Williamson of Pfafftown.

The wedding director was Mary Jane Oberto, and the ceremony reader was Nick Oberto.

Flowers were provided by Betsy Overton. Honorary guests were Lainey Williamson, Jessie Rogers, Haley Forbes and Kristina Jones.

A reception was held in Bryant Hall at Salem College with entertainment by Anything Music. A rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom’s parents was held at Little Italy in King.
