Cullowhee—Allison M. Fulp of Sandy Ridge Elementary School attended a program held at the North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching, a recognized national leader in professional development programming for our state’s teachers.
Georgianna C. Blankenship of Sedge Garden Elementary School in Winston-Salem/Forsyth Schools attended a Research and Development Team program. The programs offer educators an opportunity to meet in a residential setting devoid of distraction to create and advance departmental, school, or district-wide projects.
