The Stokes County Arts Council is proud to host K. T. Miller in the Apple Gallery with an opening reception scheduled for Friday, June 3, 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Stokes County Arts Council, 500 N. Main Street, Danbury. The exhibit will be on display May 25 through June 21. The reception and viewing of this exhibit is free and open to the public.
Miller moved to Stokes County approximately twelve years ago. He has traveled the world and photographed over fifty countries as a hobby. He has won many prizes for his photography including juried awards at the Torpedo Factory Art Gallery in Old Town, Alexandria; the Annual Art Festival in Pueblo, Colorado; and the Art League of Indianapolis, Indiana. Miller has had gallery showings in Alexandria, Virginia, Indianapolis, Indiana, and in New York City. Corporate sponsors of Miller’s work include Saks Fifth Avenue, Inc. of New York City; Training Resources Group, Inc. of Alexandria, Virginia; and Pathfinder Insurance Training Institute of Indianapolis, Indiana. K. T.’s work has been published on book covers (Nicola Phillips’ E-motional Business), in periodicals (South Pacific Business Journal), and in government publications (Peace Corps Times).
