KING ARRESTS

The following people were arrested and charged by the King Police Department. The information includes the arrested person’s name, address and charges received.

Michael Anthony Key, 26, 1048 Ralph Boyles Road, King, charged with misdemeanor driving while license revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan Clarence Pyrtle, 25, 1238 Aarons Corner Church Road, Lawsonville, charged with misdemeanor possession of Schedule IV, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jared Brian Grayson Moorefield, 20, 100 Foxbrook Court, King, charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia; consume alcohol under 21 and two counts misdemeanor injury to personal property, one count misdemeanor assault and battery and probation violation.

Sabrina Shae Suarez, 23, 218 Farmstead Drive, King, charged with felony habitual misdemeanor larceny. Bond is $1,000 secured.

Taylor Glenn Wall, 21, 1020 Todd Lane, King, charged with misdemeanor larceny, possession of marijuana less than ½ ounce and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.

KING INCIDENTS

The following incidents/investigations were reported to the King Police Department recently. The information includes the area where it occurred, the incident and any additional information provided about the incident.

Larceny and shoplifting was reported at Post Office Street, King, when $5 fabric softener and $5 soft drinks were stolen.

Driving while license revoked, drug violations and court violations were reported at East King Street, King.

Larceny was reported at Mountainbrook Drive, King, when $85 cell phone and $10 phone charger were stolen.

Simple assault and communicating threats were reported at East Dalton Road, King.

Larceny was reported at South Main Street, King, when $10 canned drinks, $3 juice and $10 dog food were stolen.

Larceny was reported at Mountainbrook Drive, King, when $85 cell phone and $10 phone charger were stolen.

Littering was reported at Hillside Court, King.

COUNTY ARRESTS

The following people were arrested and charged by the Stokes County Sheriff’s Office. The information includes the arrested person’s name, address and charges received.

Matthew Coty White, 30, 5670 Brinkley Road, Belews Creek, charged with two counts felony conspiracy to sell delivery Schedule IV, one count conspiracy to possession with intent to sell/deliver Schedule IV and process with intent to sell/deliver Schedule IV. Bond is $20,000 unsecured.

Betty Leigh Nelson, 35, 1632 Stewart Road, Walnut Cove, charged with one count felony conspiracy to possession with intent to manufacture Schedule IV and two count felony conspiracy to sell/deliver. Bond is $10,000 unsecured.

Jamian Carson Oxendine, 31, 1298 Ralph Boyles Road, King, charged with one count felony conspiracy to possession with intent to manufacture sell/deliver Schedule IV and two counts conspiracy to sell/delivery IV Controlled Substance. Bond is $30,000 secured.

Malisa Cameron Oxendine, 29, 1298 Ralph Boles Road, King, charged with one count felony possession with intent to manufacture sell/deliver Schedule IV, one count felony sell/deliver Schedule IV and two counts felony conspiracy to possession with intent to manufacture sell/deliver IV. Bond is $16,000 unsecured.

James O’Neil White, 42, 212 Starview Drive, King, charged with four counts felony conspiracy to sell/delivery Schedule IV Controlled Substance, two counts felony conspiracy to possession with intent to manufacture sell/deliver Schedule IV and one count felony possession with intent to manufacture sell/deliver Schedule IV.

Joshua Lee Smith, 35, 1591 Kinzer Road, Hillsville, VA, charged with felony uttering forged instrument, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods and probation violation. Bond is $8,000 secured.

Jose Armando Pina, 16, 116 Del Ray Drive, King, charged with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Roy Erston Martin, 56, 1469 Joyce Acres Road, Westfield, charged with misdemeanor possession of ½ ounce of marijuana or less, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor maintaining vehicle/place/dwelling.

Larceny was reported at Lowry View Drive, Pinnacle, when $280 TV was stolen.

Breaking and entering, larceny and damage to property was reported at Charlie Hartgrove Road, King, when $100 assorted change, $15 checks were stolen and $200 damage was done to window.

Larceny was reported at NC 268 Pinnacle, when $20 US currency was stolen.

Larceny was reported at South Main Street, Walnut Cove, when $599 cell phone and $20 cell phone case was stolen.

Breaking and entering and damage to property was reported at Asbury Road, Westfield, when $150 damage was done to window.

Breaking and entering was reported at Harvest Drive, King, when $20 damage was done to padlock.

Breaking and entering was reported at Harvest Drive, King, when $50 damage was done to door handle.

Breaking and entering, larceny and damage to property was reported at Wall Loop Road, Walnut Cove, when $1,000 TV, $1,000 jewelry and jewelry box and $10 US currency/coins were stolen and $200 damage was done to door.

Breaking and entering and larceny was reported at Flat Shoals Road, King, when $75 damage was done to door, $149 RC car, $50 RC dune buggy, $75 hand tools, $15 small wicker basket, $200 cooler and $50 handmade quilts were stolen.

Larceny was reported at Bradley Road, Pinnacle, when $1,080 fencing was stolen.

Larceny was reported at Ferguson Drive, King, when $46 US currency and $210 sunglasses were stolen.

Breaking and entering and larceny was reported at Collins Road, Westfield, when $250 weed eater and $500 chainsaw were stolen.

Larceny was reported at NC 704 Highway East, Lawsonville, when $350 shotgun and $250 handgun were stolen.
