Two more candidates have filed for re-election in the November elections.
School Board Chair Sonya Cox has joined School Board Member Becky Boles in seeking re-election in November.
Three seats currently held by Boles, Cox and Bill Hart are open on the School Board, with the top two vote getters being elected to a four year term and the third highest vote getter being elected for a two year term.
In the race for Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor, incumbent Willis Overby has joined Michael Booth and Levi Ashby int he race for one seat currently held by Overby.
The winner of that contest will elected for a four year term.
Filing for the School Board will end on July 29 at noon and filing for the Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor ends on July 1.
There’s no primary election for these contests.
