Teachers of the Year


Stokes Teachers of the Year were recognized at the Back to School Convocation on August 17 at West Stokes High School.

Judy Dearborn (pictured on the right) did her student teaching under Lynn Wild (pictured on the left). Both went on to be recognized as Teachers of the Year at Mount Olive and Nancy Reynolds at the Back to School Convocation for employees on August 17. Other Stokes County School Teachers of the Year were: Brittany Narutowicz, Chestnut Grove; Rachel Carr, Germanton; Kayla Goins, King Elementary; Sherry Hester, Lawsonville; Melanie Ross, London; Vickie Roddick, Meadowbrook Academy; Lisa Greeson, North Stokes; Christie Edwards, Pine Hall; Adam Jones, Piney Grove; Elizabeth Frye, Pinnacle Elementary; Terry Loggins, Poplar Springs; Michelle Fulp, Sandy Ridge; Susan Roudabush, South Stokes; Robert Birchfield, Southeastern; Kristan Gallimore, Walnut Cove; Robert Mitchell, West Stokes and Sayrd Price, Stokes Early College High School and District Teacher of the Year.
