On Saturday, Aug. 27, the Old North State Beard Club held a book bag and school supply fundraiser for Stokes County Schools at Main Street Ink in King.

For a $20 donation in cash or supplies, staff at Main Street Ink, Rodney and Brandon Finney, and Sisavanh Saycocie, donated their skills to do a free tattoo.

Folks came from Raleigh, Lawsonville, Asheboro, Burlington, Stokes, Guilford, Surry, and Forsyth County.
