The annual Christmas Bazaar sponsored by the Francisco Ladies Auxiliary will be held Saturday, December 5, from 7:30 am to noon at the Francisco Community Building. Breakfast starts at 7:30 am and will continue until 10:00 am. The meal includes gravy (of course), biscuits, country ham, sausage, grits, eggs, apples, coffee and orange juice. Vendors will be on hand selling handmade crafts and other items suitable for gifts for those special people on your Christmas list. Tickets are now being sold on a beautiful hand crocheted afghan that will be given away that day. The price is $2 per ticket or 3 tickets for $5. See any member of the Ladies Auxiliary to purchase a ticket. This is a big event, so come early and hungry!

Please pray for the family of Katherine Virginia Hedrick Davis, 90, who passed away last week after months of declining health. Mrs. Davis was the mother of Texie Jessup, our friend and neighbor here in Francisco.

Colleen Collins remains a patient at Pioneer Hospital of Stokes. Please keep Colleen and her family in your prayers.

R.W. Goins returned home from Forsyth Hospital. Continue to keep him and Alice in your prayers.

Hope everyone has a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving. Don’t drive too fast ( I learned my lesson) and don’t eat too much (yep, guilty there too)!
