Sympathy is extended to the family of Mary Lou Heath McKenize who once lived in our area years ago.

Also, we extend sympathy to the family of Beatrice Hunter, wife of Jackie Hunter who is well known in our area.

Prayer list includes Hallie Hall, Doris Sams, Elizabeth Essick, RJ Bennett, RJ Love, Jacque Sams, Sybil Lawson Harry Wilson, Janice and Basil Gordon.

The Rock House Ruritan Club is sponsoring a tractor show on Saturday, August 1st beginning at 8 AM. It is a free family event. Hayrides, horseshoes and old farming equipment will be on hand with food available. Tickets are available for the cow bingo for $10 if you are interested. Each ticket buyer will receive a free hot dog and drink along with a chance to win $1,000 cash.

The Rock House Ruritan Club will also be sponsoring a pinto bean and hot dog benefit supper for Nancy Reynolds Elementary School on Saturday, August 22. The food will be $5 per plate and will be available at 6 PM. The auction will start at 7 PM. Federal funds have been cut which will effect our children. We need your support in helping the kids get the supplies they need!

Jasmine Robertson celebrated her 3rd birthday Saturday, July 11th with a cookout at her home with approximately 20 guests. The decorations were done in the Minion theme. She is the daughter of Debbie Robertson and granddaughter of Gary and Ruth Robertson. Jasmine also is the great granddaughter of the late Juanita Gordy.
