Ruth McDaniel celebrated her 100th last week with friends and family at Brims Grove Baptist Church. Happy Belated Birthday!

There will be a free, week long summer camp from July 6 through July 10 at Pinnacle Elementary. Students from Nancy Reynolds will be provided transportation to Pinnacle daily. The bus will depart from Nancy Reynolds at 7:25 am and return at 2:30 pm. Food and snacks will be completely free at the camp. If interested, applications can be found at the main office at Nancy Reynolds School. A field trip is also planned to the Greensboro Science Museum.

Cleo Covington passed away at the Forsyth Memorial Hospital on June 1st. She was buried at the Mount Olive Baptist Church where she was the oldest member at the age of 97. She is survived by a daughter Jean Young and a son Charles Covington. Also two grandchildren, four great grandchildren, son-in-law, three sisters Hallie Hall, Patricia Faries and Jane Bender, and one brother James Inman. Please remember this family in prayer also. She was also the sister to the late Juanita Gordy. Cleo was the oldest of 9 children born to late Will and Pearl Inman.

Prayer list includes Judy Chilton, Elizabeth Essick, Janice and Basil Gordon.
