Mrs. Rachel Evelyn Joyce Dobbins, age 87, of Mt. Airy, widow of the late Walter Dobbins went to be with her Lord on Friday, February 27, 2009 at her home. She was born in Stokes County on September 24, 1921, to the late Jesse and Cora Joyce Joyce.
